Terms of Service
Please read the following terms carefully before using RaySnap

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Account and Identity
You must sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including but not limited to uploads, comments, and scoring. Do not share your account credentials with others.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain copyright in the works you upload. By uploading, you grant RaySnap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, cache, generate previews, extract EXIF metadata, perform content moderation, and use your work with attribution in promotional materials. You represent that your uploads do not infringe any third-party copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights, and you are solely responsible for their legality.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to: • Upload or publish illegal, pornographic, violent, terroristic, discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content. • Use others' work without permission or pass it off as your own. • Automate fake rankings, likes, comments, or interfere with scoring. • Attempt to crack or attack the service or other users' accounts and data. • Engage in any behavior that violates laws or infringes on others' rights.
5. Content Moderation
We combine automated (AI-powered) and human moderation to manage user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
6. Theme Events and Scoring
Theme events are an open community feature. Participants must follow event rules and scoring guidelines. Vote manipulation, malicious scoring, and rank manipulation are prohibited. We may invalidate results or remove non-compliant entries when necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, code, UI design, trademarks, and icons are owned by or licensed to RaySnap. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercialize any part of the service.
8. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service as needed, with reasonable advance notice where possible. We will try to minimize inconvenience but are not liable for any losses arising from such changes.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of availability, accuracy, or continuity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of the service.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently on the site or via other means. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
